The Baden Powell Award AKA BP Award is the highest Award achievable in the scouting movement for more information on the award go to The National Award Scheme
You can also pick up a Rover passport from the Scouting supply centre

In Queensland before an activity is commenced for the BP award approval must be sort from your Crew, and the QBRE, this is to ensure that a high standard for the BP award is maintained.

Aa Proposal/completion form can be downloaded from the forms section
These forms are here as a guide and are not required. Any other formats for example letters are also acceptable.
After an activity is completed the participant is to follow the same process as for a proposal, when you have completed all 4 badges then the next steep is to apply for the BP award via a D10 application form which can also be found in the forms section.
